Upon signing the contract, Mr.Mohammed
Al-Angari indicated that this project is regarded as on of the vital projects
that his company is currently implementing in Jeddah area. Mr.Abuzinadah
indicated on his part, following his signature of the contract that the offer
from Al-Angari Company was the best one on both price and quality basis. The
area of land is 2850 square meters and the total cost of the project including
land, architectural designing and engineering will be around SR.25 Million
consisting of six floors. The execution period is 16 months from March 2005.
